The Omar N. Bradley Collection is a large collection of manuscripts and photographs donated to the Military History Institute at the United States Army War College by the Omar N. Bradley Estate. The manuscript portion of the collection consists of correspondence, official papers, personal papers, speeches, oral histories, and printed materials. The bulk of the manuscript material revolves around his retirement years. The photograph section encompasses a wider time span from Bradley's childhood through his death in April 1981. It has been arranged into family photos, his service years, and his organizational involvement. Also included are images from the two decades after Bradley's death focusing on his second wife, Kitty Buhler Bradley, and her activities.
